At the 2006 NAMM music trade show, I was introduced to I.S.P. Technologies, and most importantly, the 300 watt Theta guitar amplifier. After playing through this crunch machine for fifteen minutes or so, I was completely in love! Buck Waller has created a sweet, beautiful monster. The Theta's tone is big, thick, sweet, and crunchy - just the way I like it. Needless to say, I'm very much looking forward to having this killer amp (as well as the Vector 400 watt powered subs) as part of my tone arsenal. Buck and Shelley are the best, and I.S.P. rules! |

I've been using Tonepros guitar hardware for about three years now, and my tone has never been better. The main, obvious advantage to using this stuff is that your bridge and tailpiece don't fall off every time you remove your strings, putting nasty scratches in your finish. The extra-cool bonus is that with your hardware securely tightened down to your axe, your string vibration is translated to the wood even more, increasing crunch, sustain, and big, ringing tone. Also, your intonation stays truer, longer. Tonepros is truly the most significant innovation in guitar design since the Floyd Rose system in the early '80s.
